I believe the vehicle processing center is getting their information from dealer's. My family has bought 4 cars in 2 months. Of the 4 my father and I bought trucks a month apart from daytona dodge. My wife bought her van from daytona dodge a week after me and my mother bought her van at the end of the second month from arrigo dodge. My mother is the only one not receiving calls. Our vehicles were bought in may and June and we all bought the unlimited warranty through mopar. We have no reason to need their warranty with less than 10,000 miles on each vehicle. We definitely don't need it on top of a bumper to bumper unlimited.
I have filed a complaint every time they called me or my family to the BBB and the government. I have sent registered letters, that keep coming back, to any address I can find for them. This is complete crap. I get calls 2 to 4 times a day sometimes on my number. They call as early as 8am and as late as 10pm. I even blocked their numbers, but they just call from a different one if I do. HELP!!!!
