I was up early , very early the other morning as I do on occasion, and the phone rang. I was very surprised as here it was just about 4:AM in the morning. I picked up the phone and said hello as I was concerned. I have family all over and thought something may have happened? I heard nothing on the other end, and then a dial tone. I tried to call them back a few hours later and it just rang until the operator came in and said my party was not going to answer. Now it just rings once and I go straight back to a dial tone. I have no idea who or what is going on here.
