They called saying they were from IRs and I was owning money $4,200 from previous tax payments and I couldn't hang out because the call was being recorded and an arrest order was under my name. I had to answer and made a payment right away if not all my passports and documentation will be blocked! I didn't answer yes or no and they passed over a supervisor who was asking for my name, address and a lot information! I hang out!

Do not bother calling back. Just block number. Attempting to collect funds. Have been reported to Department of Treasury as well as the IRS regarding fraud.
