had a missed call from this number at 9:42 central time. No message left

called, I did not answer, they did not leave a message, I called it back though and all I get is a busy signal multiple times.
this is 100% definably a scam line, DO NOT ANSWER

GE Home Security Company with an person with hindu accent.  He is very hard to understand.

Thanks for the 411. Just called my cell. I didn't answer knew it was another scam call. I just block ones like this
