I received a text from this number, supposedly from Mr. Neville Brehm, a "hiring clerk" with NetComm Wireless Network. He was asking for my Yahoo ID for an interview with a Mr. Alfred Morgan, but refused to tell me what position they were interviewing for or why they wanted a Yahoo ID. They want to interview via Yahoo Messenger??? Could not locate these names and the company info I could locate says it is in Australia. The number that texted me is in Los Angels. I believe this is a scam.
Yes, it's a scam. Been around for a few years. The idea is to mine you for personal/financial information. Obviously if you are applying for a job you want it to be local, and be interviewed local.
I just received the exact same message from Mr. Neville Brehm; however, I did not respond since it sounded just like some type of scam Additional I haven't applied for any job with "NetComm Wireless Network".....really?
