I guess you never got past grade 3 or 4 because even children out of grade 4 should know about punctuation, especially commas and capitalizing the first letter of a sentence.
i just received a call from this number, as soon as i answered it started ringing (strange). then a man answers and says "hello *calls me by name*, remember i called you a while back about your mortgage?" to which i reply "NO. i don't have a mortgage." and he meekly says "oh sorry" and hangs up. i do not have a mortgage...have never owned a house etc...how/why do they keep calling me?! i'm considering changing my number because this is just getting too ridiculous. i'm bombarded with calls like this weekly. i'm on the do not call list, but it doesn't seem to make a difference.
