Who called from 2132866602

hello how are you doing today i got a call from this number 213-286-6602 and when i try to call the number back it say unknown number

I got several calls from this number.  Usually they don't say anything or hang up.  Today they said my name and when I answered they started speaking in what sounded like an oriental language.  I hung up.

Received a call from this number in Los Angelos, CA today, May 6th.  There was no response on the other end and the call was eventually disconnected.  Received a call from this number on 4/22, no response again.  I tried calling the number back and there is "no such number".
