I just got a call from this number. I didn't answer (because I didn't recognize the number) and no voicemail was left by them. Reading the comments above, I'm glad I didn't answer.
Don't answer. They ask if you can hear them, so that they get you to say "Yes". They then have your voice saying yes and they can use that to order products.
