I told the last one that called me he better hope I never locate him because I was going to set fire to his building, then when he comes running out I was gonna shoot him, cut off his head and [***] down his throat. This number called my step daughter today asking for more information about her. Said he was from an attorney's office and he needed more information for the arrest warrant he was filling out against her. He had a thick middle eastern accent. Her wallet was stolen a few days ago and she was scared to death. I googled the number and found this website. I called them back and a male subject with a thick middle eastern accent answered the phone. I explained to him that I knew what he was up to and due to my profession (retired 25 year law enforcement officer) that I knew exactly what he was up to and that he better never call her again and he better remove her name and number from his SCAM LIST! He said "yes ma'am and thank you ma'am" and I hung up on him! I will now report him to my buddies at the FBI!
this number called my wife and said he was from a law firm and that he was going to have her arrested for a payday loan. My wife is disabled and didn't understand what was going on so i called him and ask for his name and law firms name he told me his name was james and he wouldn't give me his last name and is firms name so i told him that if this was legit he would have to give me proof me started calling me a nobody and other things so i hung up dont listen to theses guys and dont give any information to them matter of fact dont answer the phone.
Received a call from 213-289-3761 from Officer Eric Foster. He said that a suit was being filed against me for the about between $9,000 to $12,000 as I had an unpaid payday loan with CashNetUSA. At first he would not give the amount that I supposedly owed. He finally said $645. He then proceeded to ranting and raving about me going to be sued and that I would be responsible for the 9-$12,000 court costs. As he was rambling I stated that I wanted his phone number which he gave me and that I was requesting a copy of the bill for the amount of money that was deposited into my account. He said he would email me one. I did not give him my email address. In fact I advised him that he had it. I told him that if he could not email or fax me a bill or statement for the money that we both knew that he was a scam artist. He kept right on yelling at me. I did not even let him finish talking. I advised him that I would give my attorney his name and number and then hung up. I know that this happens all the time now but I get very very upset about it since these calls are coming to me at my workplace. My employer even knows what is going on. Everyone at work is trying to be assistance to me on these calls. But it just gets very frustrating.
This stupid basturds called me and my work place several times claiming to be from a law firm. But thankfully they we so stupid I tricked them in to giving me a time frame as to when I was supposed to have taken a loan out with them which I new was bogus. AFTER TRICKING these so called rookie sammers in to giving me some info of my on I was able to provide the police some informations that will assist the spinless idot's behind bars. Please be sure if you have encountered these stupid low class indian convenant store talking sammers report the occurance to the police.
