Who called from 2132893790

Someone called from this number and would not say anything.  They just stayed on for a while then hung up.

I was left a Mechanical computer voice message stating legal action will be filed against me if I don't have my lawyer call them... If I ignore them and don't call they say they 'wish me luck'...

It's not that I don't realize the texts and voice-mails are fake, because I do, but I know for every one person that knows it is fake, there are probably 5 more who think they've really got something. Im just sooo tired of having to go through the process of listening, deleting, repeat.

Anywho, I received a text from this number that stated "(Subject: Account temporary locked!) - Due to suspicious activity on our networks your visa debit card has been temporary locked (shouldn't it be temporarily... yeah, good one)To unlock please call security department at 2132893790"

First off, I don't have a visa. Secondly, if I did, the bank would not send me a text message. Usually an email or direct phone call or a letter in the mail directly from the bank would occur. Then there's the issue of bad word choice. This one just reeks of "call me and give me your credit card info (but I'm sure they will say it is to verify the account/identity) and by the end of the call, this person will have your name, dob, ssn, card numbers and have a good time, on you.

Folks, please avoid. If you ever are concerned, call your bank directly.

SCAM!!! Don't fall for it!!!

Got a voice message from this number saying that his name was Brian Anderson from the Dept. Of Legal Affairs. He stated that legal action has been started under my name. Funny that Brian Anderson had a thick accent when leaving his message. His message has lots of misprounciations and he closed his message in telling me to have a 'blessed day.'

Ha!
