Yes, this is going on and it is disruptive as it is costly to consumers without unlimited minutes plans.  I suspect the Cell phone companies doings behind this deal to force consumers to exhaust the regular minutes.

I received the call me self and attempted to remove me number. It's an automated call with different offers and it's obvious that if you tried to obtain their information they claim you are not interested in their services and ends the call.

Hey thanks, just filed a report with the FCC and the BBB.  Expectations are low but its a start.

1(786)358-6697;1(786)358-6704;1(786)358-6701;1(786)6702;1(786)6703. The first two numbers were calls received on my cell phone. the other three numbers were my attempt to reach a main number for WCA offer clearinghouse and much to my suprise they were addtional number for the same company with simalar recordings with instructions on removing my number from their callers list. It's been several days and I'm still receiving calls just from a different number. Can't find them online. So I entered my number on all five numbers I have listed. What a pain! I live in Washington state and all of these calls are from a land line in Miami, Florida according to a reverse number look-up.

Its a phising scam, and they don't care about rules or laws - they're trying to get personal information.  I've tried everything to get them to stop so now I'm screwing with them.  Last week I had one set of regular recording call for credit card relief and after pressing 1 and getting a person I just repeated "sure" to every question he asked. They haven't called back yet.  With this WCA one, which is a different one, I pushed the wrong button and so I didn't get a person, but my plan is to do the same. The next phrase I'll be using is "I am job" like Robin Williams used in Mrs. Doubtfire...and maybe a few more of those if I get a chance...
