Who called from 2132899238

I have been called by this # 213-289-9238 and this # 323-729-3109 several times and it says they are the IRS and that I need to call back right away, and when I call back.   A person on the other end; say's he is an officer for the IRS, but when I question him he hang's up on me.  This is clearly a scam!!!!

Received a call.  Left message claiming to be IRS.  I did not call back because this is clearly a scam.

Called by this number stating it is the IRS and an officer needs to speak with me.

They left a VM and said to call about a tax matter or else action would be taken.   Clearly a scam.
