Called cell 9:30am and left message that a FBI arrest WARRANT has been issued and "my" address is under investigation and to call them back for information

Caller said the IRS Department had issued an arrest warrant for me for tax evasion and my address was under federal investigation. I returned the call and they ended up hanging up on me twice.
Just got a call from this number, need to call back..the IRS is seeking court action against me...sounds like scam, the IRS will never call and demand money..or court action..
