Just got 3 calls from this number within the space of 3 minutes. The first two were less than 20 seconds apart, and then they waited a couple of minutes to call back. They didn't bother to leave a message on any of them, so I don't know if it was an attempt at a scam or what.
My Cambodian exchange student's family calls from Cambodia from this number. It apparently is one of the many international calling companies. I assume wrong numbers are being dialed in the above cases, as calling America is very expensive for most of these Asian people. Unfortunately, these people on the other line can not speak English well enough to get their point across --- hence confusion on both ends.
Yeah, I just got a call from this number. The guy on the other end said he was from Nepal, but I couldn't really understand the rest of what he was saying. How annoying, because I'm from Canada and long distance costs a lot on my phone!
Several messages with Asian language speaking. One was just someone breathing or talking. Very strange. We do know some folks is Asia, so perhaps it was one of them trying to get hold of us.
