This place is calling my place of employment saying they will garnish my wages if I don't pay 300+% on a payday loan. I asked for the mailing address so I can contact a lawyer in regards to usery and she got angry and ended the call.
this is a lady names tina, claims that she works for attourney mary johnsons office.. sd that i was going to be sued over a payday loan.. needless to say.. i do the same work.. but her [***] was way off telling me i will be summuned to my local attourtys office and i will be in trouble.. wow.. really.. over a payday loan? there is a few letters id like to quote

if you get a call .. save the recording and send it to a attourneys office.. I'm sure they wont bother you again

got called at my job named Tina says she works for Law Office of Mary Johnson left phone number to call 213-290-5469 demanding $350 by next week to be removed from my bank account. Cannot send to them only auto withdrawals allowed. When I said I didn't have the money she got agree and said that I would be served papers and so would my job demanding a garnishment of my wages of at least 28%. I even said that that was an amount not allowed in New York but she still got angry told me I had 24 hours to call her back regarding payment.
