umm me to they just called right now like 5 times..no idea who it is and when i answer they dont say anything..

We're trying to identify the source of these calls to file a civil complaint.  We need good info as to who they are, what are the selling etc.
If someone spoke to them please post results - we've had good results in the in the past if we can lock in who they are.  Thank You...

i just got a call from this number sayin i just won a bunch of money and he just wanted my address but i did not give it to him

This number calls me repeatedly all day long!  213-291-0239, they are foreign and tell me that I can save money on my Dish TV service.

My sister called me from Vietnam, and my phone showed that number. She bought that phone card which is very cheap in Vietnam.
