Called me too- says company name is CMRE. When I asked what that stood for, I was told "it doesn't stand for anything". Sounds to me like another scum telemarketer.  I looked it up, and found this:

I made contact with this company about a medical bill for my son whom is a student in high school without a job (yes he is 19 years old)and currently covered by my insurance. I just wanted to find out what I could do to help him resolve the matter. I was not asking for specific information about the account. The gentlemen (Megale)was so rude, I just could not believe it. He told me that because he could not discuss the account with me (as you see above I didn't ask to discuss)that he had a quota to meet and I was wasting his time and he would be hanging up now. Now I can have my son call and give permission for me to inquire on the account but do I really want to deal with someone like this.

As a former employee at CMRE, let me first apologize to anyone that I spoke to and offended, my name is mentioned on the reviews from quite along time ago. This is a tough job and have had many debtors scream and cuss at me over my time there, this makes for a stressful situation when the call immediately starts this way. I hated that job and not too thrilled with the practices of the company. I wish I could give more details and advice on how to precede with this company, I do not wish to get myself any trouble having been formerly employed there. Be aware however, getting info and providing info for resolutions, very lengthy and difficult process for anyone dealing with this company as a debtor...

I called about a bill I had from my hospital visit in Las Vegas. The guy I got was actually very nice. He told me that the hospital told them to cancel the request for me to pay my bill, but it didn't state why. Obviously thats a good thing, but not having a reason as to why they cancelled makes me a little confused.

This company is a complete joke! I received a bill from them when I called for details I got a very ignorant and rude rep named Manana, after arguing with her I spoke with a manager got my info and paid the bill in full on 10/5/10 taken from my bank on 10/7/10. Bill was $1,045.82 with acct# ending in 4713 mind u I am unemployed and a single mother who really didn't have this money to spare but paid this to not mess up my credit. I receive another bill on 11/10/10 with the same amount $1,045.82 with a new acct#1049, really now!Called customer service spoke with another ignorant rep Addy who would not let me speak and was very rude, so believe me she got a few choice words from me and then she hung up! Needless to say I have my payment confirmation# & bank statement showing the payment made so I don't know who they think they are fooling but it won't be me! I found a name of Jack Nixon who is supposedly the CEO of CMRE but no contact info.

I actually have had an okay experience with this company. At first they were sending their bills and notices to my university's campus with my mother's name on them, so they were being returned to sender. Once I finally caught the mistake, I called them and had the interest waived and have been working with one of their workers, Roni Clarkson, to get the whole debt paid. She was willing to freeze the account and not report it to any of the major credit companies. They weren't the best or even the friendliest, but Roni Clarkson has been completely professional thus far. I will report back later if something happens after the debt has been fully paid.

I was promised by two different representatives that If I paid a 200.00 interest in addition to my balance, that they would have this bill removed from my credit report in 3-5 business days. Not only did they not follow through with our agreement, but they will not reimburse my $200.00.
I call this complete fraud. The manager is clearly horrible and shouldn't have a job in the first place. I really hope the company goes under for all it has caused me.

I recieved a bill from crme. when i called them to pay in full amount I got 4 diffrent customer care agents including 1 supervisor who were the most rude,manipulating individuals I have ever dealt with. Shame on this company and any firms who use there services. they were unproffesional and deserve to have there business license taken away.

I reecived a bill from Newport Harbor Radiology after I paid $800 for my memogram. I didn't want to pay anyone claimed they looked at my images. So they sent me to CMRE. The company is filled with miserable women when I contact them. The receptionist was rude and short. She cut me off before I finished my sentences. The next is Dawn Rose. She threaten to hang up on me when I asked more questions than she was willing to offer. These miserable creatures better not lose their jobs and never have to pay any medical bills by cash. They will get a taste of their own!!

CMRE did not have my correct address. I got their threatening letter by accident. I contacted them on the phone, spoke with unprofessional/incompetent/rude person, Lucy. She told me that she is the supervisor, her full name is Lucy Sims, so I did not get a chance to speak with anybody else. I wrote to her that I need an ITEMIZED statement and that they cannot calculate any interest on medical services. My total was THIRTY dollars, with interest for 3 months $3. Their letter stated that they will submit my name to the Three Major Credit Report companies and that my name will be there for seven years. All; of it in their first correspondence to me, with wrong address and NO itemized bill. After my letter to CMRE, they AGAIN charged me $3 interest, they did send me itemized bill. I called them again, spoke with very unstable and incompetent Lucy Sims again. This time she did understand that the interest must be removed, but demanded thay I immediately give her my credit card and she will charge those $30 on my credit card. I of course declined and insisted that I will send a check. UNBELIEVABLY unacceptable. CAVEAT EMPTOR.

I am not the person this business is looking for.  I have repeatedly requested they stop calling me but yet everyday they still call.

It is harrassing to call a person 2-3 times in one day every other day asking for someone that does not exist at my ph number and I have told them this but yet they keep on calling my home.
