It's a scam call claiming to be IRS. Do NOT call the number back. Report these calls to the IRS scam page:

This number has been calling my phone multiple times a day for a week. Driving me crazy, but its the same recording of someone "supposedly" from the IRS and if I don't call back good luck as it unfolds on me! LoL! Wish there was a better way to report them!
This number has been calling me every day for the past 2 weeks. Keeps leaving a robot message. I had a call from an oregon number a couple weeks ago leaving a message saying the same thing. This number called me 3 times today within 45 mins. This is getting rediclious. I wish there was a way to report them, this is harassment. Do not believe them. The IRS will contact you through the mail not the phone. I wish I had a lawyer to call them and tell them to quit harassing me.
I called Verizon and told them I wanted to block the number. They said they had a feature that would do that and it was free. The only thing is the block only lasts for 90 days. After 90 days, if you still need it, you must call and ask that it be blocked again. Hope this helps as it was making my life very uncomfortable as well.
