These people have been calling us for the past year or so off and on. Lately it has been like twice a month and they want to know if we want to learn the english language and we keep telling them we already speak english but they just don't understand and keep calling. When they finally tick us off and we talk to them in a not so nice way, they call us back again and again just to tell us they will never stop calling.
we once told them we were going to make a police report with their number and they answered that they were not afraid of us. Please Help Us!
