Called my cell twice this morning. Left one message:

If you get a robo voice mail from this IRS scam team, instead of calling back report it to: https://www.treasury.gov/tigta/contact_report_scam.shtml and leave them the details. (If enough of us do it, they will get a visit from real IRS agents and that will be the end of their sad little operation.
