I keep getting called from the following number: 213-291-9598 yet when I call it I'm told it is not a working number. How can  make them stop?

so it's Scum Travel of LA that's calling.

Called my husbands new CELL phone!!!

Hung up when I asnwered and then called back and it said the number was disconnected
