Just said i waived my right with for legal council concerning a check fraud no there it was just a recording

I also received the same message

Got a message saying I have a case set to be released to the county on a L&P order do to a worthless check and that I have waived my right to counsel ! Didn't give company name on recording. I also got the same recorded message from this number (213) 335-3588
Los Angeles Area last week !! Fraud !

I just got the same message

Same exact message. No company name also. I haven't written a check in over ten years. It has to be a scam.  I'm glad I looked up the number.
