Called left a message they had paperwork they needed to deliver to me. Looks like a number coming out of L.A. but they have also called with a number that is not identifiable. The message said his name was Brian Snod. Not sure of last name but that's what it sounded like.
I received a call yesterday from Marie Sellers telling me to contact 855-827-7365 in relation to paperwork that she has to serve me. She said that I had 2 days to contact the party that wanted to serve me. I received a call today from 213-292-9053 from the same Marie Sellers advising me that she was calling me again as a courtesy in relation to the paperwork that she needed to schedule for service. A process server is never going to call you and give you the courtesy of scheduling service, they will just show up. This is a total scam.
I got the same type of call today from 213-292-9053 from Rick Peters and asked me to call 855-827-7365 to discuss. He said that he did not hear from me today, I would be served on Monday between 12pm and 5 pm and to make certain that I would. This is a total scam.
