The 213 area code being discussed here has made calls to my cell number, does not leave a message, and when I call from someone else's blocked landline, the call goes through, but only to fast-busy signal.
It is easier to get information from web searches that supply information aa seen in this forum, than to think individually on 'how to proceed'.
I am now going to add this number to my phone's list of blocked #s. IF these idiots call again, depending on what occurs, I have the info to file a complaint w/the FTC (which is NOT a simple task, please see coped/pasted information from the FTC.gov below).
