Robocall informing me that I have won a cruise. Scammer of some kind.

April 11
Called my cell.
5:21 pm
Left voice mail.
"I'm sorry, I didn't hear you clearly,  to continue to your complementary cruise tickets, then take the survey, please say yes.
Say no to removed from the National Statistical Survey Studies."

I said no after  I listened to my voice mail.
Do you think she heard that????

Received call from this number 4/11/16 @12:38 pm. No message left. I blocked on cell phone and submitted a complaint to the "do not call" registry.

Must be a scammer - calls and hangs up with no message when machine answers

Report them to donotcall.gov

Yes it does, it doesn't work when you don't submit a complaint there.

Just do it and file a complaint.
