Who called from 2132933089

I just received a message from a Charles Vincent saying he will be showing up at my home or place of work to sever me a notice. Told me to call a number 213 293-3089 to stop this from happening. Don't servers have a company the would say they represent?

also I don't have a job so where would they go to and wouldn't they know I don't have a job?

I sure hope I don't get a call from this number.
