I agree, it's getting worse every day.  I thought of recording a message that says if the caller will not leave a message, the number will be reported to FCC.  However you're right, the FCC threat won't phase them.  This is getting more than annoying - something HAS to be done, but what?

Something in Spanish saying they were going to increase my electric bill by 16% BS don't answer!!

Just received a call on my cell from this number at 4:32pm. I let it ring for a few minutes then I disconnected the call and blocked the number.

didn't answer.  don't want to.

Spanish speaking recording I hung up on it middle thru and will be blocking now that I see they are calling others with BS. Thanks
