Just got a call from that number.

I got a call from this number: July 14,2015 at 5:09pm (Central Time)
I live in Dallas, Tx
I didn't answer and when I called back it said "user is not accepting calls at this moment."
I wasn't expecting any calls.

Received call @ 3pm pacific time on 7/15/15. I answered and said hello twice with no response. Then they hung up.

Just missed a phone call from this number on the west coast. no voicemail and it says not accepting phone calls when you call them back.

What's with the apostrophe?
