The danged IRS is trying to sue me again. This time, though, they were evidently too busy to answer the phone when I called back. Too bad. I was wondering what nationality the "agents" would be who would be trying to have me arrested because of my back taxes that I don't owe. It's starting to get comical at this point. How many times do they think we'll fall for the same weak scam?

The caller left a message [which was a recording made first and replayed again ] which said that they were the IRS. Threaten to sue me. My research says that they are NOT the IRS. They have access to phone records and names.
I suspect the person is new to my neighborhood or a real estate person or other salesperson who gets angry when the phone is not picked up immediately.. when they call. Due to massive number of dogs and cats brought in and the filthy that comes with that - it is also impossible to catch a breathe of fresh air. Cars drive through dropping dogs and their walkers to mess up lawns. Those who have recently moved in believe that they need at least two dogs. Dogs opf all stripes enter the stage and cats run wild at night. The oldies find ways to cope,but maybe things are not moving fast enough, thus the bombardment of phone calls such as this one.
When will these people finally give up and/or be reported to the Do No Call Registry? Scare tactics ought to be punishable by law. No one is trying to sue me!
