Robo call from IRS telling me they have filed a lawsuit against me.

Left Msg About case file IRS.
1. Did not tell case File.
2. Said Final notice we are going to File a Law Suit.
3. Call 213-304-1302

This is a scam call.

Answering Machine Message:   "Hello.  This call is officially a final notice from IRS.  Internal Revenue Service.  The reason of this call is to inform you that IRS is filing lawsuit against you.  To get more information about this case file please call immediately on our department number at 213 304 1302.  Thank you."     Scam call, again.  Get a real job people.

I thought there is a law about impersonating a federal employee!  Jail time appropriately for these creeps!
