Fake IRS scam. Said the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me. And tries to get personal information like name, DOB, and SSN. Didn't give any information and kept asking who they were trying to contact. He said he had all my information and needed to verify it. But he would say who he was trying to call. When I kept refusing to give my name he said the police would be here to arrest me in 45 mins. Still waiting. Hahaha

I never pick up an "unavailable" phone number. IRS must stand for "I'm really stupid" if you think I believe the IRS is going to call me from unavailable cell phone located in Compton CA. Reported number to the "real" Internal Revenue Service's web-site. Maybe the investigative department will show up at their door.
Leave a message on my voicemail box saying IRS is filing a lawsuit for cheating my taxes. First, he get my name and spell it for him. Get all my addresses where I live in the past 5 years. Start telling me my penalties worth $7,590. If I'll get a lawyer it will cost me more like $25,000. Till he gets on my nerve and I hung up the phone. When I get home, open the computer and search for this numbers. This is what I've found. FAKE IRS OFFICERS!!! Careful everyone dealing with this mysterious call from this nos.
