Scammers. Pretending to be IRS or Investigators. When You say you want to have your number removed they hang up on you. They have heavy Indian accents, and then claim to be named Michael Brown or Detective Peters. This number needs to be taken care of as they have been scamming people especially older folks by scaring them to think they owe the IRS money. They ARE SCAMMERS! THIEVES!
