Another robo-message from the "Internal Revenue Service" stating that a lawsuit is pending and that I should call immediately. "IRS" -- yeah, right. As has been pointed out before, the IRS communicates by letter, not by telephone.
This is a Los Angeles area code (I have relatives there), and local time when this call was received is about 6:30am. Sorry, gov't offices don't open that early (Monday morning or otherwise).

I received the same message stating it is the IRS and I was getting a lawsuit and I called it back and the man said he was going to come and attack me at my house. I think this should be reported to the IRS, FBI and local Police Dept. Since the man is using the IRS as a front and it is possibly a stalker or an information ID stealer and he asked for personal information. Please report this to the IRS and FBI> Sounds like it gets routed to offshore.
