I asked for the company name and was told it was GreatLinks (I think, the accent was pretty thick) and that they were a new Travel Agency in Federal Way WA [a few miles away] but that area code is 206 or 253. When I started asking for more information she started trying to get back to her spiel, but I didn't let her. I told her I would be reporting her company to the FCC and the State Utility Commision. She apologized and hung up.
