IRS is filing a lawsuit against you. Call back urgently. I called back and asked the so called IRS employee for their name and operator#, they hung up immediately. We've been receiving variations of this call from different phone#'s for at least 3 months. The next call will likely have a different phone# making this very difficult to block.
Left voice message that IRS is filing a lawsuit and need me and my retained attorney to contact them. The name Ruth Oates came up on my caller ID but it was a recorded voice. Clearly a scam.

Just got a call from this number saying IRS is filing a law suit against me, I need to have my lawyer contact them. I called back and asked a few questions and they hung up.
