I have had several calls to my place of employment from a guy from India stating that he is with the FBI and I need to show up in my local county court for prosecution on tomorrow morning for FRAUD of a loan that I supposed to owe to Cash Advance America. The phone number that was left in a message for me at my job was 213-330-2763, the names that the same guy gave was Franklin Benejamin and Michael Jones. You see I call back with my mother on the phone and let this demonknow that I was contacting the FBI with his number and information to further investigate and procecute him. This man has all of my personal information including my current address, social and drivers license, my current employer and everything. This was very annoying and scary. I knew that I have NOT gotten a loan from any where. I am sick and tired of these people harrassing me. How do they get all of my personal information?? They can try whatever, but today, people with poor credit and little money, don't get them far at all. GOD SEES IT ALL!!!
I received a voice mail from a man named Franklin, with indian accent stating that if I don't settle today 10-25-12, I will be visited by a sheriff deputy at my doorstep in the a.m. 10-26-12 at 9.a.m. for incarceration.. The worry I felt only because he knew my ss no., phone no. e-mail address and home address. Who can stop this caller to scare people like me.
