Got three calls from this number within 70 minutes today. They did leave a message, but it was nothing but background noise, like a mall food court or call center. The two other times they called they didn't leave a message. I only know three people in California and this area code is nowhere near any of them. Besides, none of them have my current number! I'll probably never talk to them because I don't answer my phone if I don't know the number. Good luck whoever you are!
