had card on my door think it is fraud

Left a voicemail stating he was an investigator and provided a cased ID on my work phone.

He was caught taking pictures of cars inside the driveway. He was confronted, he said that he was looking for a females who committed fraud with a car. He refused to leave the premises. Left a hand written card with number.

Had a card at my door middle eastern guy grey suv  said he was hired by an outside firm to take pictures of my car. No name or business name or private investigator number. Gave card to police. Police even called number.
