Called, I did not recognize so did not answers.  They did not leave a message.

Received a call from this number a short time ago,which I did not recognize or answer. Caller ID shows CA

Won a vacation but their computer was asking questions about whether I had a credit card.  Think they were looking for voice responses.  I just hit some random tones on my keypad.  This came in on my cell phone.  If I thought the number was legitimate I would file a complaint with the FCC but I'm sure the number was spoofed so why bother.  Wish it was a real free vacation.  I could use one.
