Caller ID is "CA". Traces back to Downtown Los Anegeles,CA. Called at least once with nary a message left. Obviously some sort of telemarketer or scam deal. "CA" is making calls to others as well, within last few days, as reported at mrnumber.com/1-213-333-3202 and at 800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-213-333-3202

Caller ID is CA Police Youth. They did not leave a message. Googled CA Police Youth and came back with California Police Youth Charities, a non profit. Possibly calling for donations.

Said cell phone # on screen.  No message or anything else.  Never seen this # before.  Anyone know who it is?
