Called about lowering my electric and gas bills.  Something about a government program.  Simply a recording for a person trying to get personal information.

Calls cell phone.......hang-up or no-one there...others say this is a pitch to change your electric supplier

Did not answer.  All caller ID said was electric bill. We are on do not call registry so please stop calling.

Received a call stating they were from my electric company offering me a special rebate. Fortunately, my electric co. is not in LA, most likely a bogus call.
