It was Aetna/Innovations Healthcare/ Aetna Administration. I had called them yesterday about a claims issue, they said that they have now corrected the problem claim was submitted to wrong processing number. Caller ID said PRIVATE
213-337-3000 these Phone companies can put whatever they want in that VOIP box..
At 6:30 pm EDT Aetna called. I answered. Female caller with Phillipino accent asked if I was Kim. I replied, sternly, Why are you calling? She hesitated and said she had a wrong number and hung up. I doubt if it was Aetna. I am on DNC list.
