They called back today. The person on the other end (sounded east Indian) said he was with WNS on behalf of SAP. Wanted to perform a best practices survey and sell a detailed report on it. Didn't make out the topic of the survey.
Called 3 times in a matter of 15 minute demanding personal information regarding our health insurance policy. Funny how they think we're so stupid; esp considering that nobody from LA would contact us regarding a policy in NJ.
