Not only a spoofed number, but they're putting an international "11" before the area code. I've seen this with long-term scammers: rather than change the whole number, they get lazy and add a extra "1" once they start getting too many busy or blocked signals LOL
Linkednow trying to sell me a website for my business. When I told them I wasn't interested he kept asking for my email and he would send me a link. Told him to remove the number I wasn't buying his website design.
