Saw that this call from coming from Los Angeles but didn't pick up.  They didn't leave a message.

Said I won cruise...awesome

You know it's a scam when the caller ID says "UNASSIGNED".  Did not answer.  Let answering machine pick up

Called my cell phone. I did not answer given I do not recognize number and that I do not know anyone in LA.

Saw a missed a call from this number on my phone; no message. I'm glad everyone left the above info as I do have relatives in LA, and was wondering if it was one of them who called and didn't leave a message. I will block this number as well!
