Who called from 2133378683

Called at 8pm EST. I am a job seeker and have my resume out everywhere so I get tons of ID scammers, fake job offers by phone/text/email. The guy said "Hi this is Tim from customer service. Can you hear me ok?" I hung up as it obviously is some scam.

Called twice today so far. No message.

Called, left no message. Immediately called back from a different phone - "The survey you were called about is finished". Well that was fast!

Called..no message..I block!

Calls every other day or so. Never leaves a message. Caller ID states Los Angeles.
