Called this firm back, they are a hacking firm that is trying to get into your computer to create havoc and get you to pay for them to clean up the problems they will create
Caller had an east Indian accent and claimed to be working for a company associated with MicroSoft and that his company had found evidence that our computer was infected with malware which could do severe damage to our computer. I refused to exhibit belief or interest, but perhaps I should have done so. Does anyone know if this call was bogus or legitimate?

Just got a call at 1:05pm west coast time from the same source. Not sure what it is about, but he wants me to call from my home laptop so he can update my system. Not going to do it
