Its is Los Angeles schools info call it seems..it is an automated msg about school environment rules, i.e., discipline and bullying and related stuff..the message calls it school climates rights, but when i researched it I see it is not some wackey california mother earth thing fortuately( you never know here i LA)..my kid is in LA schools so I assume its going to parents phones.
