Who called from 2133584128

Someone from this number called saying that they were from the police department asking for monetary donations for the killings of policemen

Called & hung up, no msg

no message left. don't know em. blocked

(213) 358-4128 (ID: Los Angeles, CA) same scammer as (213) 358-4114, (213) 358-4108, (213) 358-4119, I have never answered those calls.
When I see (213) 358-xxxx on the caller ID, I just press the button on keypad as to answer the call and IMMEDIATELY, I press  the hangup key. Since they do not leave any message, there is no point to let the the call go to the answering system. It saves time.

Saves time, but it also signals the caller's robot that they have a live line - - and this will perpetuate their calls to you.
