They call, answering machine picks up, plays my message, caller hangs up. Caller ID just says OUT OF AREA, even thought the area code is a local area code. I have call screening. I will never answer these calls. I just turn off all the ringers and if I happen to notice a call coming in, and I don't recognize the number, I just ignore these calls. If I do recognize the number, I pick up. People either reach me that way, by fluke, or they leave a message and I return the call. End of story.
